The C# compiler, ``csc.exe`` is installed to:

An *SDK Command Prompt* shortcut is installed into the *Program Files* menu:

  C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /k ""C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Bin\sdkvars.bat""
